El último mes del año puede movilizar muchas emociones. Es tradición que sean fechas de reuniones, celebraciones y gestos de cariño y agradecimiento. Al mismo tiempo, estos encuentros pueden traducirse en situacionees estresantes y/o conflictivas
Para otras personas, pueden ser épocas de nostalgia y de recordar o desear por tiempos diferentes. La diversidad de formas de vivir el mes de diciembre es coherente con la diversidad de situaciones que vivimos los seres humanos, algunos años serán mejores que otros, algunos días pueden pesar más que otros, algunos estarán cerca y otros lejos de los que más quieren. Independientemente de cuál sea tu realidad, reúne para ti toda la paciencia y el amor que puedas, vive tus rituales y tradiciones como mejor prefieras y no postergues para enero tus emociones, ellas pueden estar presentes y todavía pueden ser unas "buenas fiestas"
