1,2,3 and ... again!💙📷

En mi opinión, toda sesión fotográfica requiere de flexibilidad y paciencia, sobre todo, cuando no se trabaja en una situación controlada como lo es un estudio fotográfico, sino, en la calle, sacándole el máximo provecho a las variables que tenemos al rededor. Con frecuencia me ha pasado que comienzo con una idea y a partir de allí exploro otras opciones y espacios. La flexibilidad es la que me ha permitido trabajar con lo que tengo, haciendo lo posible y a veces, lo imposible, para que la puesta en escena luzca bonita y estética, pero que también tenga un sentido y transmita alguna idea o concepto. La paciencia también es necesaria porque las ideas no se hacen realidad con un solo click al obturador. Hacen falta 3, 5 y hasta 10 tomas de una misma escena para obtener la foto que queremos. Y si no funciona, toca cambiar el ángulo, la perspectiva, el sitio... y volverlo a intentar.

Mi última sesión fotográfica con la merch de Liketu empezó en un parque de diversiones. Tenía pensada que esta sería la locación ideal pero cuando supe que gastaríamos en entradas para mi mamá y para mi más de 30$ dólares, decidí buscar una opción un poco más económica 😅 Así surgieron luego las fotos que tanto me gustaron en las gradas frente a una pista de patinaje. Pero ese día también tomamos otras fotos, que requirieron flexibilidad y paciencia.

Por ejemplo, se me ocurrió que sería buena idea tomar unas fotografías en el medio de la ciclovía, me imaginé un resultado deportivo y urbano. Salieron muchas tomas regulares, y otras mejores. Pasaron varios ciclistas por detrás pero no todos tenían un look deportivo. Finalmente, logramos capturar a un par con un look sporty de los pies a la cabeza. Con un poco edición posterior logré lo que quería, y aquí se los comparto :)💙

In my opinion, every photo shoot requires flexibility and patience, especially when you are not working in a controlled situation such as a photographic studio, but in the street, making the most of the variables that we have around us. It has often happened to me that I start with an idea and from there I explore other options and spaces. Flexibility is what has allowed me to work with what I have, doing the possible and sometimes the impossible, so that the staging looks beautiful and aesthetic, but also has a meaning and transmits some idea or concept. Patience is also necessary because ideas don't come true with a single click of the shutter. It takes 3, 5 or even 10 shots of the same scene to get the photo we want. And if it doesn't work, we have to change the angle, the perspective, the place... and try again.

My last photo shoot with Liketu's merch started in an amusement park. I had thought that this would be the ideal location but when I knew that we would spend more than 30$ for tickets for my mom and me, I decided to look for a cheaper option 😅 That's how the photos that I liked so much in the stands in front of a skating rink came out. But we also took other photos that day, which required flexibility and patience.

For example, it occurred to me that it would be a good idea to take some pictures in the middle of the bike path, I imagined a sporty and urban result. Many regular shots came out, and some better ones. Several cyclists passed behind but not all of them had a sporty look. Finally, we managed to capture a couple with a sporty look from head to toe. With a little post-editing I got what I wanted, and here I share them with you :)💙
