Other streets, other images [ENG-ESP]

I took most of these photos in parts of the city that I don't pass through very often, maybe that's why I found several curious things, among them an armchair in the middle of the street. As you can see, this old armchair was placed over a big hole in the pavement, here people usually do that to warn drivers and prevent them from falling there with their cars or motorcycles.

La mayoría de estas fotos las tomé en partes de la ciudad por las que no paso muy a menudo, quizá por eso encontré varias cosas curiosas, entre ellas un sillón en medio de la calle. Como pueden ver, este viejo sillón fue puesto sobre un gran hueco que tiene el pavimento, aquí la gente suele hacer eso para advertir a los conductores y evitar que caigan allí con sus carros o motos.

Then I came across another scene that included an armchair, but this one was on a sidewalk and under the shade of a tree, where two men were comfortably seated watching their cell phones.

Luego me topé con otra escena que incluía un sillón, pero este se encontraba en una acera y bajo la sombra de un árbol, allí dos hombres veían sus celulares sentados cómodamente.

Just as relaxed as them, I found this swarm of insects, they were not watching their social networks but their productive area 😄. They were inside a big park that is in this area of the city, not bees, but I couldn't identify them, I didn't want to get too close and disturb them.

Igual de relajado que ellos, encontré este enjambre de insectos, no veían sus redes sociales sino su área productiva 😄. Estaban dentro de un gran parque que hay en esta zona de la ciudad, no eran abejas, pero no pude identificarlos, no quise acercarme demasiado y alborotarlos.

I continued with my walk, looking to take spontaneous photos of these streets, as you can see it is quite a neglected area. I saw the palm trees in the distance and liked them, and then I noticed that in front of the dirty wall there was a dog eating in the garbage.

Continué con mi paseo, buscando hacer fotos espontáneas de estas calles, como ven es una zona bastante descuidada. Vi las palmeras a lo lejos y me gustaron, y luego me di cuenta de que delante del sucio paredón había un perro comiendo en la basura.

A little further on I found two gates that caught my attention, the first one was missing half of the door and had something round covering that space, it looked like the spinning wheel of a playground, this is a sample of the improvisation that rules here...

Un poco más adelante encontré dos portones que me llamaron la atención, al primero le faltaba la mitad de la puerta y tenía algo redondo tapando ese espacio, parecía la rueda giratoria de un parque infantil, esta es una muestra de la improvisación que reina por aquí...

And the second gate seemed curious to me, you couldn't see anything on the other side, if it was a house, a mechanic shop or something else, and it was simply written there: WATCH OUT BRAVE DOGS, a male name and a phone number, just something silly came to my mind, do they rent or sell brave dogs here? 😂

Y el segundo portón me pareció curioso, no se veía nada del otro lado, si era una casa, un taller mecánico u otra cosa, y simplemente estaba escrito allí: OJO PERROS BRAVOS, un nombre masculino y un número de teléfono, sólo me vino algo tonto a la cabeza, ¿alquilan o venden perros bravos aquí? 😂

Then, near the creek that crosses the city, there was a street fish sale, for several months these stalls have been seen in various places, they don't look very hygienic, there is no refrigeration, but apparently these fillets are selling very well.

Luego, cerca de la quebrada que atraviesa la ciudad, había una venta de pescado callejera, hace varios meses que estos puestos se ven en varios lugares, no lucen muy higiénicos, no hay refrigeración, pero al parecer estos filetes se venden muy bien.

And when I looked towards the river, among bags of garbage I saw a baby, fortunately it was a doll, but seen quickly it had a posture like lying face down that made it look like a real child.

Y cuando miré hacia el río, entre bolsas de basura vi un bebé, afortunadamente era un muñeco, pero visto de forma rápida tenía una postura como acostado boca abajo que lo hacía parecer un niño real.

A few steps further on, a mural dedicated to the earth looked very worn out, like the current state of this river and of so many other places on the planet...

Unos pasos más allá, un mural dedicado a la tierra lucía muy desgastado, como el estado actual de este río y de tantos otros lugares del planeta...

In the world there will always be contrasts, sometimes slight and sometimes very marked, like this house in ruins but with satellite television.

En el mundo siempre habrá contrastes, a veces leves y otras veces muy marcados, como esta casa en ruinas pero con televisión satelital.

Or a young man walking vigorously (in the background of the image) while some elderly people stand looking tired in the entrance of a house, waiting for something, what would it be?

O un joven caminando enérgicamente (en el fondo de la imagen) mientras unos ancianos están parados con aspecto cansado en la entrada de una casa, esperando algo, ¿qué sería?
