For example, hours before welcoming the new year, we learned of the passing of a just, good person, dedicated to teaching and instilling values in children. This moved us to tears, especially my little girl, who will miss a great human being. It is somewhat paradoxical, the time that passes between life and death as they debate.

After praying and talking, we struggle with nostalgia for the family members who are not here, but we are the ones who are here, so we have to celebrate with the few of us who are here and we must be happy. Therefore, we decided to smile, with the faithful hope that possibilities are yet to come, once again.

Thus, for example, in our case, a new year begins with good wishes, with our hopes intact that the universe is conspiring in our favor, the Christ Child accompanies us in our hearts, and our main desire is health and the ability to live happily. A night ends that is perhaps like many others, but symbolism makes us human, the symbolism of beliefs makes us people of faith, and sharing with loved ones, many or few, makes us family.

Surely heaven is celebrating with the people we have said goodbye to in previous years, and right now, they are surely waiting for us at some point after our life, also with their faith intact in our reunion. For now, life... thank you. Forever, God... thank you.

Feliz inicio del 2026

Me encantó eso de ampliar la tradicional frase de “feliz año”, de una manera en donde se conjuguen los deseos y los más altos agradecimientos por los días vividos y por vivir, deseando que el nuevo ciclo existencial brille a nuestro favor.

Indudablemente hay momentos que no pueden obviarse, por ejemplo, horas antes de recibir el año nos enteramos de la partida física de una persona justa, buena, dedicada a enseñar y formar en valores a los peques, eso nos conmovió entre lágrimas de mi pequeña que extrañará a un gran ser humano, algo paradójico el tiempo que pasa entre la vida y la muerte que se debaten.

Luego de orar, de hablar, la nostalgia de la familia que no está es algo con lo que luchamos, pero somos los que estamos, así que nos toca hacer fiesta de pocos y debemos ser felices, por tanto nos dispusimos a sonreír, con la esperanza fiel de que las posibilidades están por llegar, nuevamente.

Así, por ejemplo, en nuestro caso , un nuevo año inicia con los buenos deseos, con las ilusiones intactas de que el universo esté conspirando a nuestro favor, Dios niño nos acompaña en el corazón y nuestro principal anhelo es la salud y el poder vivir felices. Termina una noche que quizá es igual a muchas, pero el simbolismo nos hace humanos, el simbolismo de las creencias nos hace personas de fe, y estar compartiendo con los seres queridos, muchos o pocos, nos hace familia.

Seguramente el cielo está de fiesta con las personas que hemos despedidos en años anteriores y ahora mismo, seguramente nos esperan en algún momento después de nuestra vida también con la fe intacta del reencuentro Por los momentos, vida… gracias. Por siempre, Dios… gracias.
