Ruins are very much UX, I have one coming up in the next few months in a similar state, albeit with less graffiti!

Cool :) Coming from you, the Urbex Guru of Hive, I take it as official that what I explored yesterday was an urbex site :) There should be some more ruins in that area so maybe, I will go there again for another photo shooting. Thanks for your feedback!
If its abandoned / derelict/ you are trespassing / nobody is telling you to not go there, or there, or there... then it's quite valid!
