Sadly the forest is a bit offside for me, so I rarely have the time and chance to forage myself. But I always plan to go, but always something that gets in the way. =(
At least in the store you know they are fairly fresh. Out in the forest if I go out too late I end up with wormy chanterelles.
Yea that does not really sound very nice. I am not that desperate for extra protein, not yet at least. ^^
