Quarator's Photo Quest- Birds
It has been a long time since I have entered a photography competition. I have seen a couple people's (@borniet and @fotogruppemunich) posts about birds for the Qurator's Photo Quest competition and thought I enter too and show off some of awesome birds of Kenya.
I went to Kenya in 2019 and one of the biggest and most pleasant surprises of my trip was the awesome birds there. I knew I would get to see elephants and giraffes and lions and was excited. I didn't realize there was so many different birds!
I was hard to choose the one for the contest. This Grey Crowned Crane was an elegant surprise out on the Maasai Mara or savannah wilderness.

Here is a video of this lark singing.
If you would like to see the names of the birds you can see a similar post from my Kenya trip

OMG!!! What a wonderful collection you have there!!! Love it!
Thanks so much @borniet. It made me happy to look at all of these great birds again this morning!
I can totally understand that 😉❤️💯💯
That's a lot of birds! Great shots! I always have a bit of troubleshooting them (with a camera), so I know how difficult this must have been to capture them all.
Hi @rubencress Thanks. It was a great challenge. I had never really photographed birds before this trip.

Thanks. And thanks for the inspiration!
