Thank you for your kind words and this awesome community @sirenahippie. I get so much inspiration from the other food bloggers, even though I'm not vegan, I could very easily convert!
I'll make these Strawberry Muffins again, they were delicious, but I will cube it smaller next time. Likely the strawberry flavour will be even more pronounced.
