How I made delicious Rohu fish eggs malai curry with Coconut milk

Ingredients

Rohu fish eggs 150 grams
Coconut milk 300 grams
Onion 3 pieces
Garlic 1 pieces
Green chilli 6 pieces
Garam masala paste 30 grams
Tumaric 1.5 tablespoons
Salt 2 tablespoons
Mustrad oil 100 grams
Water as needed

Preparation and process

First of all I collected 150 grams Rohu fish eggs .

I collected one coconut for making milk.

After cuting coconut from middle porson, and gathered coconut white shells , I mixed water with coconut shells and collected coconut milk from coconut .

I chopped onion and garlic and cut green chilli from middle porson.

I made garam masala paste with masala ingredients.

I mixed 1/2 tablespoons salt and 1/2 tablespoons tumaric with Rohu fish eggs .

I mixed 50 grams mustrad oil in pan and heated it .After that I admixed Rohu fish eggs with heat oil in pan. I fried this Rohu fish eggs in pan as wish.

After frying fish eggs , i picked up this frying eggs from pan.

I mixed coconut milk in pan.

I mixed 1/2 tablespoons tumaric and 1 tablespoons salt with coconut milk in pan .

I admixed Rohu fish eggs with coconut milk in pan.

I mixed garam masala paste with coconut milk in pan.I boiled this curry 17-18 minutes in pan.

After boiling , I picked up this curry from pan .

I added onion and garlic ,green chilli with heat mustrad oil in pan .

I admixed that Rohu fish malai curry recipe in pan again . I boiled this curry 8-10 minutes.
