Wednesday walk: walking along the Brana (Pistoia)

Hello hivers, an happy Wednesday to you all!
It's another sunny Wednesday here in my city (Pistoia, Italy), but since a couple of days is not too hot to walk around in relax in the morning or just after the dinner, so I thought it was time to write a new content for the awesome #Wednesdaywalk community! ❤️

This morning, during a pause from my work with brushes and colors, I went to walk along the small river close to my home. It's a small river called Brana that run on a side of my city (Pistoia, Italy) and along its sides there are some green areas where people can sit under the branches of the old trees. I love to go there to move my legs and to relax my mind and today I want to share with you some pics I took of some corners there.

Along this stretch of the river there are part of the ancient wall of the city. As you can see in the following pics, there are some houses there (built many years ago, before people (and municipality!) understood that wall is an important part of our history.

A couple of years ago some trees there were cut because dangerous and now some grey mushrooms are on the wood.

Not so far from there we can see the cemetary and, in front of the entrance, there is a florist. People use to buy flowers there not just for the cemetary, but for many different events like birthdays, annibversary or simply to have at home because the woman owner of the shop is really an excellent florist.

Some weeks ago I noticed someone started to place some veggies on a cut tree. It was a nice surprise to see a sort of tiny veggie garden along the street, close to the river and I think it could be a nice idea to copy in other places too. Weeks ago there were some little plants around the cut tree, but after many boiling days I think the owner of this special garden decided to wait rainy days before to place other plants there.

Well, now I have to come back to my brushes and colors.
