Wednesday walk: the carousel horses in my city

Hello hivers, an happy Wednesday to you all!
It's another new Wednesday and so it's time for a new content for the #Wednesdaywalk community! I'm always happy to share with you the pics I take of different corners in my city and so it's a pleasure for me to share with you some pics I took just this morning, when I went to the postal office to send some parcels!

There was a pale sun shining on the sky and it was not so cold outside, so I enjoyed my walking in a comfortable way.

The Christmas time in my city started sooner than usual in my city and the previous weeks the large Christmas tree on the main square was light one, while many Christmas decoration were placed in different corner.

In a small square in front of the ancient hospital (now we have a modern new hospital in a different place and inside the old one there is a Museum) there is a wonderful carousel horses for children:

It's a double decker carousel and it was built around 50/ 60 years ago. The scenes on the top are hand painted and, believe me, it's really a beauty and I'd like to be a child to go on one of that horse. 😁

It's in front of the beautiful ancient building called "Ospedale del Ceppo". The loggia of the ancient hospital built in the 1501 and decorated with glazed terracotta frieze about the seven works of mercy executed by Santi Buglioni.
