Walking along the streets of my city (Pistoia, Italy).

Hello hivers, an happy Monday to you all! I hope you spent a nice weekend and a good start of a new working week. Here, after the dark sky and a little rain we had yesterday, today the weather is cooler than the previous days, so this morning me and my hubby @paolobeneforti went to the center of my city (Pistoia, Italy) for some little things we have to do.

I had my camera (the Nikon coolpix B700) with me and so I took some pics to show you some corners of my city that today captured my attention. ❤️

At first, I want to show you the top of the tower of one of the best known church here: San Giovanni Fuorcivitas.

My attention was focused on the plants there and just watching these pics you can image is a little abandoned, but it's not. This tower is just a part of a beautiful church in romanic style (some months ago I shared with some pics I took of the wonderful striped side of it). Citizen and tourist love to see that church and to go inside where there are a lot of beautiful (and ancient) pieces of art, but just few people notice the upper part of the tower, also because there are othere building very close to it.

In the following pic you can see an interesting foreshortening from an alley to the main place of my city. In the center of the pic, on the right you can see a part of another ancient tower and, on the other side, a part of the beautiful (striped ^_^ ) baptistery:

The view under the loggia of the ancient buolding of the Municipality, placed on the main square of the city. Just to know, maybe you noticed the barricades at the right. This is because at know and until of this month there is a very large stage because this is the time of the year for some beautiful concerts for the Blues Festival! ^_^
