After the rain
As I wrote in my previous content, it rained heavily last night and this morning, but after the lunch the clouds started to go away and now a pale Sun is shining on the sky.
I felt the need to move my legs and to clean my mind, so me and my hubby @paolobeneforti went to walk for a little along the side of the river close to my home.
In our favorite corners there were no ducks because the water run very fast, but we watched a couple of white egrets that were flying from a corner to another one to try to catch some fish to eat.
I had my camera (a Nikon Coolpix B700) in my bag, so I took some pics to share with you:
Even if over my area a pale Sun is shining, all around there are dark clouds that make me think it will rain again later in the afternoon or tonight:
The water in the river is brown because it's running fast from the mountain:
Well, now I have to come back to my brushes and colors!
See ya soon and stay safe,
Silvia

I keep looking at this photo. I love the place, but can't stop thinking what if there's a flood. Most likely there has been flood previously as the walls of the white house have marks.
I can understand your doubts (I think the same), but during the years I noticed the municipality worked on the sides of the rivers to clean them from plants and other things, making the bed of the river larger so the water has more space to run instead to overflood. ^_^
We had our first rain in a while at the weekend. It was needed for the garden. It can be a problem if too much comes at once. There is little risk of flooding for us though.
Here, in the recent couple of months, we had a lot of rainy days with orange and red alert too, but fortunately in my area every time everything went ok at the end. It looks a crazy Springtime, the climate change...
Hermosas fotos. La lluvia siempre se agradece. Luego el cirlo es mas claro y brillante😘
