You couldn’t ask for a nicer day to go hiking in the Mountains of the Pacific Northwest!😊
Blue skies, and the Forest is almost at peak color!🤗
“Wait…… Silvertop, I thought it was cloudy and raining yesterday, remember the loggers bonfires?”🤔
You are absolutely correct……….
Just as quickly as yesterday’s storm blew in, and dumped buckets of rain on us …. It was gone this morning!☺️
Silvertop can’t forecast the weather for the next hour, I don’t think anyone really can, being so close to the Pacific Ocean Lol!🤣
As the leaves crunched under my feet this afternoon, I pulled out my iPhone……
I thought I would check the weather forecast for the next 7 days……………😮
Rain……….hmmm…….Lol!😅
Time to put away my phone Lol!😇
Let’s see where THIS trail leads ………..
I have a raincoat packed away in my backpack anyway!☺️

What beautiful autumn pictures! I hope that sun holds out for awhile longer, it makes those long hikes more enjoyable when you aren't getting rained on. Enjoy those leaves crunching under your feet and the gorgeous autumn foliage!
