Or getting in better shape, with hiking and walking…………….
I have been seeing so many people walking “Man’s best friend” on the trails, that’s awesome!👍😊
Not only are you getting healthy steps, but your four-legged friend is also enjoying the benefits of a healthier lifestyle!😊
Just make sure you grab one of those purple “Poop” bags, that you can see in the fifth photo!😇
Yesterday on the Gold Mine trail, we passed a couple with a beautiful Siberian husky. This dog came equipped with a collar that had a plastic bag tied to it just in case Lol!☺️
We passed the same couple a second time as they were finishing their hike and heading downhill to their car.
I noticed that the plastic bag was missing ………..
The lady jokingly told us that the plastic bag broke after being used!
The man was carrying this aromatic broken bag in his fanny pack!😬
Silvertop always with quick wit had to add his “two cent” 😇…………….
“I can see why he’s hiking behind everyone else Lol!”😳🤣

Ruby just watches for now as Silvertop hikes past her owners house……………
Ruby, would join Silvertop for hikes far up into the Mountains, but she didn’t like coming back home!😮
“Ruby maybe sometime Kurt will hike with us and you can come along!”😍
Her tail was wagging happily, I think she understood what I was saying as I continued onward uphill without her…………….
My story about Man’s Best Friend wouldn’t be complete without Cot😻…………..
My furry child is NOT a fan of ANYTHING outside Lol!🤣

how long will that firewood last?
When all the wood in the photo is split, it will be about three years worth of firewood….. on a normal year😇
It has to season for several years before it’s usable.
I have 4X the firewood in the photo that’s already seasoned stacked. I think I’m ready Lol☺️
you are more than ready. i really did not know it takes years to season firewood. i always thought that you use them right away after chopping
This past winter I was burning 2019 and 2020 wood.
In the Pacific Northwest we have humidity, so it takes at least three years to season firewood😇
that is quite a long time of waiting
