“Give us a few minutes to set up your new equipment Dennis…”😇
That’s about all the time Liz and Silvertop had this morning, to set Up Dennis’s new wireless microphone!😅
Worship practice started at 8 AM this morning………..
Dennis, myself, and Liz, arrived just minutes before!😅
The Mrs and Silvertop scrambled to pull out the instruction book, plug in the XLR cable and try to set Dennis’s microphone….
Silvertop literally had to climb under the baby grand piano, that was being played, to find a temporary spot for the wireless base unit.
No signal………..🤔
I flipped through the very brief manual, and discovered that the “body pack” needed to be 6-12 inches from the base unit, and the “Ir” beam, like a TV remote needed to be pointed at the base to synchronize the base unit with the body pack!
“Wow Dennis you are loud!”😳
Silvertop is a planner, I would have preferred to have set this up ahead of time!😇
I call this “ baptism by fire” Lol!😅
“Everything sounds good guys you can go ahead and practice!😊
After today’s Service, Silvertop relocated the base to it permanent home in the equipment rack!
“Wow Liz that was interesting Lol!”
Speaking of Liz, and all the Mothers……
A very Happy Mother’s Day!🤗
They were handing out carnations and roses to the Ladies today!🥰
With today’s temperature forecast at 91 degrees, an air conditioned drive to town to return incorrectly mixed paint, and maybe an iced cold mocha Frappuccino, sounded nice!🥰
“ Liz it is only May 14 correct, it feels like August!”🥵
“ I will leave some firewood in the house, I’m sure it will be cold next week Honey Lol!”🤣
