I told Liz I would go with her up to the Deming Post Office after I finished with my Actifit Moderator call this morning!🥰
The Mrs needed to drop off a bulk mailing for her vision clinic, and it was dated for today!😊

You can see in the second photo the Deming Public Library. What you can’t see is Sumas Mountain that rises straight up behind this Library!😲
Yep, we are socked in!!!!
The town of Deming is built along side of the Nooksack Indian Tribe, and Tribal land.
This Tribe is one of two local Indian Tribes, the other is the Lummi Indian Tribe.
The administration office for the Nooksack Indian tribe, is right next-door to the very tiny Deming post office!

This building could possibly be built on Indian land…….
It continued to pour………….
With Thanksgiving coming up Thursday, we are getting together with our oldest son and his Wife. Liz was picking up some delicious food to bring!😊

It was indeed, one of those days where a good fire, coffee, book, and my best friend beside me (Phoenix.....'er I mean @silvertop) (hehehe) might really have been the best thing to do. We got drenched a lot today! 🤗😘❤️😻🐶🤗

It looks so foggy there.
Today was a complete change, it's kind of gray, but the rain stopped and the fog is gone!
Yesterday was a complete rainstorm!!😅
Didn't it get flooded yesterday. Hopefully the rain isn't enormous.
For now the rain has stopped the weather was actually kind of warm for Thanksgiving !!
Over here in the US! We got to spend the day with our oldest son and his wife a good Thanksgiving day!😀

Thank you my friend it was a very good Thanksgiving day! We just found out that our youngest son and his wife are at the airport getting ready to come back home… We thought it was going to be tomorrow....

We were hurrying to try to get ready for him to drive up to our home. Our son and his wife had a car parked at the seaTac airport about 110 miles away...
I see. They surely paid for parking the car.
Up here they have long-term parking for cars at the airport. You can park your car for months at a time at a reduced fee....
Cool. Here, I haven't heard anything similar as that.
