Good morning Hive family and all the photographers lovers around the world, what I got here for you all today, are these shots of this Wood Duck in flight and another just floating on by my camera shot. I cant get enough shots of wood ducks, such an amazing duck to view if you ask me. I seen in one of my photography communities that a guy capture a male that had some kind of rare pigment to it, it was grey and it was just plain amazing to see, I wish to get a shot at that but I wont hold my breathe for it, I am sure it is very rare to see. Anyways lets get into the shots, the cover shot above is one of my favorite shots to date, in flight but more coming in for a landing in the lake. The detail is pretty dang nice and I need more of these, well lets be honest I am sure I have them in my 7 terabytes of stored RAW files that I haven't got to yet. So just a reminder the male is the one with the most color to it and the female has no orange and is more basic looking but still a beauty if you ask me. Now the second shot below is the female coming in for a landing and I love this one as well, so cool to see the wings expanding inward and out, these are hard to get as well but I managed to get this pretty cool looking one here. You can count on many more Wood Duck shots in the coming years, I have many and I just need to get to editing them as well as many more baby shots.

Now for the last shot here, its just the male floating on by for me to capture, tried to get as low as possible here and get that good look at him. I really like the colors of the lake and the reflections it gives off here and then of course the cool looking male Wood Duck in the image just sets it off real nice. Hope you all liked this one today, more to come and I am on a long vacation, so many more things to be coming in the future.
