Good evening Hive family and all the photographers lovers around the world, what I got here for you all tonight are these new shot's of a new species, the Red-Billed Firefinch that I captured at the Zoo a few weeks back. As I did do another Zoo trip the day before yesterday, it will be awhile til I get to those edits, definitely not anytime soon. I have so much more to share and I hope everyone is loving the bird and wildlife photography that I keep posting. Now this is a new species captured, only made possible do to being able to go to the Zoo, otherwise I wouldn't ever get to shoot birds like this most likely. So I have three shots here today to show you all and even though I chose the top shot, the cover to be the first one, the reason is I like the perched look better but the bird quality in the second one is much better. More detail on it and most of the bird is in focus, sometimes you don't get it all but the most important part is always get the head in focus to the best you can. Now lets talk some more on the first shot, I went a little bit darker in the background, I like it better to highlight the bird. Now the second shot below, the feathers are in great detail and that is always a good thing, I had no room to crop the bird to get it out of being a bird in a box photo. It is a cool shot though but I normally like the bird not to be in the middle of the shot, you cant always win though, good thing the detail quality makes it still a good shot.

Now for the last shot here, it is the male and female Red-Billed Firefinch as they both just sleep away next to each other, sure does look like love to me. Now I have more of these shots as well as some of what I believe is the babies, so lets just call this part one, and later on down the road I will post all the rest of these on another post. So stay tuned if your loving these to that day, for at some point it will come.
