A Collection Of My Nature Photography #11
Good Morning photography world and Hive Family, today's Nature Featured shots of the Starfish or sea stars and let me tell you it was fun to try to capture these thru the water, not such an easy challenge when your still on the learning curve of manual mode but I tried my best. The first one is obviously the best and it is the biggest one captured too. I suppose I'll shoot anything and everything but the only thing for me to do is keep getting better or should I say keep trying to get better thru time on whatever I take shot's of. I know this I'll keep trying and I will always try to do the best I can in the moment.
Now what can I say about the Starfish, they are obviously star shaped called echinoderms and the belong in the class of ophiuroids, meaning brittle stars, also know as basket stars. They have around nineteen hundred species, from the ocean floors and are all over the world. You can find them in warm waters, tropical oceans all the way to the cold regions of the polar. They can be found all the way down to twenty thousand feet under the ocean. Species range from brightly colored and in various color shades of red or orange, while some others are blue all the way to grey or brown. They say Starfish can be dated all the way back to four-hundred and fifty years, due to finding them in fossils, then carbon dating them. They can regenerate an arm if they need to and they eat on benthic invertebrates.
Now for them shot's this by far is my favorite and shall be the cover shot for you to enjoy, hope you enjoy them all and thanks for stopping by and checking out my post, have a blessed one.
This shot or the next is my second and third favorite, best I can do considering the water reflections while taking the shot's.
Really like this one too but I just wish it had more color to it.
Not such a bad shot here but I can do better.
The next two are okay and had to just add all the ones I could to give the post more shot's.
This is probably the worst shot but I felt like I needed to throw it in here due to it having some different color too it but the water reflections definitely makes this look distorted.
Anyways appreciate everyone feedback hope you have enjoyed my shots and post today' thanks for stopping by, Have a blessed one and thank you for coming in and checking out my shot's of the day. Stay tuned and enjoy my future shots in the world of photography, thru my lens.
