A family outing while taking photos blindly with a full spectrum camera

One of my old cameras can still turn on and takes pictures but the LCD doesn't work anymore, but I still keep it since it is a full spectrum camera. I use it like a point-and-shoot now, with aperture set at f/8 and focus at infinity and guess the exposure. These are the results:
