My visit to the Salvador Dali exhibition in Veliko Tarnovo, Bulgaria

Dear friends,

I had a wonderful opportunity to see a few amazing Salvador Dali originals ( signed drawings by the great Spanish master) as part of an exhibition dedicated to Giacomo Casanova.

I asked my son and my wife to join me and we visited Veliko Tarnovo, the old capital of my native Bulgaria where the amazing originals are displayed. It's very rare to see Dali originals in a humble provincial art gallery.

All drawings had a humorous erotic hint and showed Salvador Dali s opinion of Casanova.

These drawings are illustrations Dali created for a number of tales written by Giacomo Casanova the famous adventurer, author and womaniser.

Salvador Dali s artistic genius created works that provoke and liberate desire adding a surreal twist to the Casanova tales.

There was admission fee, about 15 euros for the three of us and we had the opportunity to watch as long as we wanted nobody bothered us
