It sounds like you're making great progress with the shop construction and shop decoration. It's resourceful of you to connect to your neighbor's electricity for now. Dealing with water supply and finding the right equipment sounds like so hard, but it'll be so rewarding once it's all finished. Keep up the hard work and I hope to see the finished shop soon.
