A First Glimpse of Balishira Resort - Sreemangal's Serenity.

Welcome everyone to see my new post. You have already seen my previous tour post about how I reached Sreemangal from Sylhet. So now I am going to share with you where I stayed in Sreemangal and some beautiful views of that place.

I said in the previous post that we all went to Balishira Resort in Sreemangal. We went to this resort for one night stay. Before telling you how our time was there, I would like to give you a little idea about this resort.

Balishira Resort is surrounded by nature near hills, forest and tea plantation area. This resort is designed in such a way that the tourists can experience the forest, mountains and natural beauty. This magnificent resort is situated on an area of ​​about 1.5 acres. I said very briefly about Balishira, now let's go to the main story.

We reached Balishira Resort at around 11 am. We all entered the resort through this gate to reach there. The name of the resort was written on the gate and the design of the gate was very beautiful.

After entering the resort, I saw this place first. It was written with green trees and BR means B stands for Balishira and R stands for Resort. I liked this idea and there was a signboard next to it saying "Welcome to Balishira Resort". This place looks good too.

Then we went to the reception and completed our entry. They gave us room name and key from reception. We were given 2 rooms as we were 2 couples. This was our room. Next to this door was a wall mate design of clay. This clay craft was very beautiful to look at. That's a book cover written by Anisuzzaman.

Our room was named after the title of that book which is "Shoruper Sondhane". There are many story books to his name. Anyway, I liked this idea. Then we entered the room. The room was very nicely decorated and clean. Me and my husband freshened up and rested for some time. Then I went out to explore the resort.

So I went to the very front area of ​​the resort. First I was proceeding through this side and while passing I saw this signboard. Some of the activities on the signboard were live barbecue, yoga corner, basketball ground, hill side and beach zone.

All these are organized inside the resort and these facilities are for the guests. That time my husband told me that we will have a BBQ dinner that night and I was very excited to hear this.

Then me and my husband went to this place which was very beautiful and secluded. There was a sitting area made of bamboo. There was also a system of lights for sitting at night. This bamboo canopy was very unique to me. I climbed this canopy and took some beautiful pictures.

At this place, we sat for some time and enjoyed the beauty of nature. Friends, you will notice that the mountain was visible next to it. I also saw a spring from this hill. The water of this fountain was falling inside the resort and the whole scene was very beautiful.

The mountain was clearly visible there. Take a look and you will see that the CC camera was attached to a bamboo. Basically this place of the resort was very secluded and that's why this arrangement was made for safety. Although this whole resort was fitted with CCTV. This is a very good system for the safety of tourists.

The place was very windy. So I felt quite comfortable sitting there because it was a very sunny day. One time I noticed that a dog was sleeping in this place and he looked like he was sleeping very comfortably there. What a surprise he didn't know I took this picture of him lol. We had a great time at this place.

This place is for BBQ party. The BBQ machine was kept in this place. There were many chairs placed there. A very perfect place for large family members. There was seating arrangements for the guests. Also there was arrangement for playing music. Basically no one is seen there during the day but at night there are many people in this place when its time for BBQ dinner.

As always, I like flowers a lot, so maybe only flowers catch my eye. I showed this flower plant to my husband. These flowers looked very beautiful and I liked them very much. Although I do not know the name of these flowers. I have never seen these flowers before. The color combination of this flower was great.

Saw many types of trees in this resort. I liked seeing the leaves of this tree there because half of the leaves were green and some leaves were yellow and orange in color. The color combination of the leaves of this tree looks great in the picture.

I'll need hours to finish talking about this place but I'm already tired of writing till this moment so I guess my readers might also get tired of reading. I'll tell the remaining story of of staying at this resort in separate post(s).
