Phone Photography Contest - #114 - An expo with a difference

Vacations are in full swing here. Eventually the flower shows, the tech festival, the antique exhibitions, the food expo from south to north and from east to west, the haunted house - an artifically made place to fear us, the science expo, the magic shows, the art & theater festival etc. etc. are in full sing with the young and old, having their own fun.

The entrance

The entrance was so welcoming with AI display. It was nice to see these advancement love. And it was my first meeting with a robot. We were happy to meet a robot who deliberately makes an attempt to speak to people approaching it. The robot being the main highlight stole the show.

Above all, is the exhibits by the public departments like transport, fire and safety, police force, water authority, Irrigation etc.. And all these were managed by personnels from the same field. Their presentation, live demonstration and explanation was excellent beyong imagination. A big salute to all these personnel who were giving individual attention peacefully to any public questions.

All these kind of expo's are active and conducted during vacations in one of the biggest open ground called Ashraam maidanam, roughly 10 kms away from my town.

At evening times they are fully crowded, especially the food courts and the music show areas. People poured in, both children and adult, young and old to have a glimpse of the exhibits.

Flooded with lights and effects on either side of each stall was a real highlight. As there were volunteers in few corners of the expo, people were asked to move in an aligned manner.

The show started initially in the month of April beginning, which means no room for boredom for our little children during their vacation. As parents we too enjoyed this ful show.
