Welcome to a new round of Let's Make a Collage!

The LMAC community keeps growing, now counting 2783 LMACians! An amazing 232 participants supported our community prize pool with their contributions to the LMAC and the LIL during the last week. This allows us to award huge community prizes worth 201 HIVE in this round!

🌟🌟🌟 In addition, whale curator @balte is adding another 50 HIVE as a donation to our community, bringing the prize pool for this round to a massive 251 HIVE. Thank you @balte! 💪💪💪

❗️ We highly encourage all LMACians to use LIL assets in their collages and will provide additional rewards for doing so:

  • Set the contributor of the LIL assets used in your collage as 2% beneficiary.
  • In turn, collages using LIL-assets will be supported with a higher vote weight by our trail!

  • 📌 Any graphical element that is added to the template either needs to
    be your own original work, derive from the LIL or one of the 👉 whitelisted public domain image services!
  • ❗️ Sources for all used materials need to be linked in your entry post. Otherwise your entry can NOT be put up for the final vote, nor will we support it with our trail vote!
  • 📌 Entries need to set the @lmac account as 20% beneficiary to receive support from our trail and to be eligible to receive contest prizes.
  • 📌 Entries need to be posted to the LMAC community.
  • 📌 NEW: A link to this post needs to be a added to the contest entry.
  • 📌 Submissions need to be linked as a comment to this post. Make sure that your collage is displayed in that comment!

  • ❗️❗️❗️By submitting your contribution you warrant that your artwork is in your sole ownership and that is free of any copyrighted material. Every participant in the LMAC contest further agrees to hand over their artwork into the public domain and that it can be copied, modified and distributed by others, even for commercial purposes, without requiring further permission.

Good to know:

  • ❗️If you contributed 5 times to the community bonus during a three month period, you become eligible to receive the LMAC Contributor Badge for prize pool supporters. If you believe to have met this requirement, please comment to this post and provide the links for the respective 5 entries of yours.
  • A curation trail has been registered on hive.vote to further support all valid submissions to the LMAC. Have you taken a look at the accounts participating in these contests? It's quite disturbing as they do nothing else beside enter them. Like quite literally just that. Seems like you have a sockpuppet farm on your hands most likely most of the accounts being run by the same person. I'd suggest making entries require a bit more than whatever some of these accounts do, example:

I didn't even look at all of them, these were 2 out of 3 I looked at but it seems quite obvious what's going on here and I don't think a couple people farming these collage contests should receive the post rewards these posts earn.

Yes, we are on it. Sockpuppets have always been coming in waves to the LMAC. We have always been able to contain the issue by changing our modalities. However, the recent wave is the most severe one so far. We are now confident that we are able to identify most of them reliably and have now agreed on the criteria which will prevent these accounts from receiving any rewards through our trail. While the one or other sockpuppet may occasionally sneak in, consider the issue being dealt with.
