Knot in my stomach

Once in morning, I woke up with a dreadful knot in my stomach At that I couldn't fnd out what was causing what is happening with me so I decided towards the doctor so as i was driving towards the hospital I was feeling better and the knot in my stomach began to release at that time as i arrived was feeling almost completely fine so the doctor checked up me and asked me that what my symptoms are

I told him about the knot in my stomach, but I also mentioned that it had gone away. The doctor was confuse he asked me if I have eaten anything abnormal or I had any kind of stress but i told him that i have no any kind of strees

Ao the doctor asked me that you had been drinking a lot of coffee lately. I acknowledge that I had been drinking a lot of coffee at that time he started laughing. He told me that coffee can sometimes cause stomach knots and that I should cut back on my caffeine consumption

As I left the clinic, I couldn't help but laugh at myself. Here I was, thinking that there was something seriously erroneous with my self . I learnt one lessons from it sometimes the understandable things are the best ones
