Biz bu şeker oranını biraz fazla karşılıyoruz orası başka. 😊 Bu yüzden dünyada çok fazla tatlı çeşidi var bizim ülkemizde de çok fazla tatlı çeşidi var bunlardan en önemlilerinden birisi Hatay künefe. Şehrin kendisiyle özleşen Hatay künefe lezzetinin sınırı ülkemiz sınırlarını aşmış gelen turistler bile künefe soruyor.

For that matter, Hatay künefe, which is actually located in the center of Hatay, is a very famous place, but there is a place that even MasterChef has visited, but it is unknown to everyone. The name of this place is Our Historical Künefeci. The locals know this place and there are a lot of visitors and customers, but outsiders go directly to the place that says Hatay künefe if they have not done good research. It is also beautiful there, but if you want to get a real taste, a real taste, you need to go to our Historical Kunefeci. There is a modest place for us to spoil the taste of the original, but the taste is not as modest as the place, it is very beautiful. 😊

Zaten yerli halk künefe konusunda çok daha ilgili. Bu Türk halkı olarak tatlıya olan zaafımızdan geliyor olsa gerek. Ben de bu tatlıyı çok seviyorum. Ben Mersinliyim bizim orada da vardı ama yerinde yemek bir başka güzel oluyor. Önceden seviyordum şimdi daha çok seviyorum. Hatta bazen evde kendim de yapıyorum ama dışarda yediğimiz gibi olmuyor tabi. Tatlının malzemeleri yapılışı basit aslında ama tat vermek zor oluyor demek ki. İçerisinde kadayıf, özel tuzsuz künefe peyniri ve tereyağı olması yeterli. Tabiki şerbet için şeker olmazsa olmaz gerisi ustalık ve el lezzetine kalıyor. Bu konuda aslında Hatay’da merkezde bulunan Hatay künefe çok meşhur bir yer ama bir yer var ki MasterChef’in bile ziyaret ettiği ama herkes tarafından bilinmeyen bir yer. Buranın ismi Tarihi Bizim Künefeci. Burasını yerliler biliyor ve ziyaretçisi müşterisi çok fazla ama dışardan gelenler eğer iyi araştırma yapmamışsa direk Hatay künefe yazan yere gidiyor. Orası da güzel ama gerçek bir tat, gerçek bir lezzet almak istiyorsanız Tarihi Bizim Künefeciye gitmeniz gerekiyor. Orjinalliğini lezzetini bozmamız mütevazi bir yeri var ama lezzeti yeri kadar mütevazi değil çok güzel. 😊
