The small things matter
You know already that I have been struggling, and one of the biggest struggle is my mental struggle lately.
So to me, small breaks like this are really the only moments I can have a little bit of a break of all the thoughts. I pretty much cherish and make the best of these moments as I can.
The coffee was terrible but the moment was very helpful, giving me a lot of piece of mind. Or at least for a short period of time.

As pequenas coisas importam
Você já sabe que tenho lutado, e uma das maiores lutas é minha luta mental ultimamente.
Então, para mim, pequenas pausas como essa são realmente os únicos momentos em que posso ter um pouco de pausa em todos os pensamentos. Eu praticamente aprecio e aproveito esses momentos da melhor maneira possível.
O café estava péssimo, mas o momento ajudou muito, me deu muita tranquilidade. Ou pelo menos por um curto período de tempo.
