Happy Thursday everyone, friends.
Today started with a very beautiful atmosphere, the presence of sweet sunshine with cool breeze made the day even brighter. But the presence of the sun throughout the day was very sweet, there was not much warmth in the sun. So you can understand that there was a great atmosphere today.
Today, Eid festival is being celebrated in our country, everyone is trying to enjoy the whole day with the happiness of Eid with great arrangements. It is a moment of great joy, because after observing the fast of Ramadan for a whole month, this day of Eid is tried to be celebrated with festivity. The day is celebrated by organizing various kinds of food and wearing new clothes every day.
I didn't go out today, actually I didn't get much chance to go out on this special day, because everyone was at home and there were a lot of guests at home. So I was busy preparing food for everyone and serving it. The special moments of the special day were spent in my home today. But today I will share with you some scenes of food cooked on the occasion of Eid.
Noodles, a favorite item with great taste. I loved eating these noodles since childhood. But growing up, its level has increased, because now I can cook and eat by myself. I cook noodles with vegetables whenever I want. But today chicken was also served with vegetables.
Lachcha Semai, although in our country everyone calls this Semai as Lachcha. It is cooked to perfection with a combination of milk, sugar, almonds and raisins. It is a very tasty item, everyone in the house likes this Lachcha. So just as I overcooked the noodles, I also overcooked this Lachcha.
Khichuri is a favorite item of not only me but the whole Bengali nation. This dish must be in our menu on any festival or special day, because we all love it. It has to be cooked in a special way by combining pulses and rice. Although I can cook this khichuri quite well.
Beef curry, beef curry means special recipe with great spicy taste. It is a very common recipe for us, but on special days we cannot live without this recipe. This recipe for broth broth with Potatoes with Beef makes the festive event even more worthwhile.
