Sweet Vegan Recipe with Sweet Pumpkin

Today I am going to share with you a recipe with a variety and taste with that sweet pumpkin. It is very easy and takes very little time to prepare, but the recipe will be able to create a different feeling in you, I can tell. Because the taste of any food always creates a different feeling in us.

What I used in the recipe-

  • Sweet pumpkin 1 small size
  • Onion 1 large size
  • 7 green chillies
  • Coriander leaves 25 grams
  • Sugar 1 teaspoon
  • Salt 1 teaspoon
  • Ginger garlic paste 2 tsp
  • Turmeric powder 1 teaspoon
  • Chilli powder 1 teaspoon
  • Cumin powder 1 teaspoon
  • Coriander powder 1 teaspoon
  • Oil 3 teaspoons
  • Water as needed.

Preparation of the recipe-

First, I take a small sweet pumpkin from my garden, then cut it into small slices. I did not make it too small or too big, I cut it to a rough size.

Then I take a pan, pour essential oil in it and add chopped onion, turmeric powder, chili powder, coriander powder, cumin powder and ginger garlic paste.

Then rub the spices with your hands, then again with sweet pumpkin slices and salt.

Then I add some water as needed and cover it with a lid and put it in the oven for some time.

Then cook it for some more time and take it down to serve. But care should be taken that the broth does not dry out.

Ready to serve our special flavor recipe today, we usually try to eat this recipe more with bread. But they are quite suitable to eat with hot rice. You can taste it any way you like, without bread or rice.

However, I tasted it with hot rice, because rice is the main choice of everyone in our country, be it lunch or dinner.
