My Vegan Cooking- Fenugreek Recipe with Potato



Friends, Happy Saturday everyone.

Expressing wonderful feelings with today's beautiful and enjoyable weather. Because I try to be more active and active every day, since I have to walk a long way to get to work. Although sometimes I can't keep myself excited because of the different environment, but today's environment is really great.

Today I will share another favorite recipe of mine, although you know that in our region vegetables and leafy greens are consumed comparatively a bit more. Of course, there is a reason behind this and that is the cheap price and high nutritional value. As we have a high population in this area and comparatively everything costs a bit more.

People's income side is always taken into consideration, moreover vegetables are a bit more readily available. The land in this region is good for agriculture, so a variety of vegetables are cultivated, and everyone tries to enjoy them by cooking them in different ways.

In the recipe I will share today, I have used Potato and Fenugreek. Fenugreek is my favorite because it tastes good as well as being full of vitamins and nutrients. Let's see today's recipe-

Recipe Ingredients-

  • Fenugreek 500 grams
  • Potato - 100 grams
  • Spring onion 100 grams
  • 2 onions
  • Garlic 1
  • 6 green chillies
  • Salt 1 teaspoon
  • Oil 4 teaspoons.

Preparatory phase-

First, I put a pan on the stove and heat the oil. Then first chopped garlic, then chopped onion and finally sliced raw chillies and fried them lightly.

Then clean the fenugreek and put it in them, then slice the potato, Spring onion, salt and mix all the ingredients well, cook it for some time.

Then I put a lid on it for some time, removed the lid and checked if it was cooked properly, then took them out to serve.

See how they look after cooking, to me it tastes better when cooked this way with potatoes, although we have cooked with and without potatoes. Actually, considering the taste I cooked with potatoes.

In fact, because I love it, my family is slowly getting used to eating fenugreek this way. One more thing, here we consider Fenugreek as a herbal leaf because of its many beneficial properties. Hope you like the recipe.
