🍻 Beer Tasting 🍻 10 O'Clock 🍻 Demon Super 🍻

Hello, beer lovers! 🍻

It's Saturday again, summer is coming to an end, we're deep into September, but I'm still hoping for a sunny and warm day so I can be outside. Today was like that, and now that it's getting dark, I'm going to retreat into my own world and treat myself to a beer for 428 #beersaturday.
Like so many times before! 😎

Two bottles, one Slovenian and one French, have been chilling in the fridge all day, and I'm excited to open them and share my beer experience with you!

First, the one with less alcohol.

🍻 😎 🍻

10 o'clock Brown Ale

Brewed by Time Brewery, Radlje ob Dravi, Slovenia.
Bottle, 0.33 l, alcohol 5.6% ABV, IBU N/A. American Brown Ale, aka ABA.

What do the Master Brewers say?

When evening turns into night, it's time for a darker beer. Malts roasted at higher temperatures combine chocolate and caramel notes with the delicate bitterness of hop aroma to create a harmonious taste that will pamper you with its medium body and sweet characteristics in a wonderful atmosphere. Enjoy your moment!

Just right, it's slowly getting dark outside, and after walking Atos, I'll be ready for a beer like that.

The beer is dark brown in color, with average foam that quickly disappears. It goes down smoothly, and I can taste the bitterness of roasted malt, a hint of chocolate (or coffee?), and nuances of caramel.
The bitterness lingers in the mouth, while everything else disappears.

Delicious, drinkable, and tasty beer. I think it tastes more like a Czech dark lager than an American brown ale, but that's up for debate. It's available in almost all local stores, Lidl, Hofer, Spar, for €1.99.

🍻 😎 🍻

This morning, we went to the field to harvest this year's pumpkin crop. I'll write more about that ASAP (as soon as possible). Right now, it's #beersaturday :)
Oh, but I have a photo from my walk, I converted into b&w 📷
... there was a mill ... once ...

🍻 😎 🍻

La Biere Du Demon Super 9° strong lager

Brewed by Brasserie Goudale, Arques, France.
Bottle, 0.33 l, alcohol 9.0% ABV, IBU 15. Strong lager.

What do the Master Brewers say?

A strong lager with a bold yet balanced character, offering an intense but surprisingly harmonious experience. On the palate, it is smooth and enveloping, with a malty sweetness that gives it roundness without being cloying.
The finish is dry and clean, perfectly balancing the initial richness. The alcohol is well integrated, providing warmth without overpowering the aromatic profile.

Well, I'm really interested in that, because it's tough to find a strong beer that doesn't taste sweet from the alcohol. We'll see if they've succeeded.

The beer is a transparent orange color, with little foam that quickly disappears. It has no particular aroma. It goes down smoothly, and I can taste the sweetness of malt, a rich bread flavor, and a slight bitterness in the background.
Only hints of bitterness remain in the aftertaste; everything else disappears.

The beer is drinkable and quite good. It has a rich taste of fresh bread, probably to mask the alcohol, and they almost succeeded. Why almost? Too much bread. If I had another one, it would be too much, because the alcohol always kicks in later :)
But it's another experience, albeit an expensive one, as alcohol isn't cheap – I bought the beer in Italy at the Famiglia store for €2.49.

🍻 😎 🍻

And what am I listening to when writing this and tasting beer?
Something from Friday's New Tunes selection. Zame trenutno najbolj vroč band!

I have seen each Saturday's you drink two different types of beers. It's light one and dark one from color. Slovenian and one French beers pretty much coolest I heard. I like La Biere Du Demon Super 9° strong lager beer because it has freshness yellow color and included 9% alcohol perecentage.
