Photo holiday in Tyrol / Foto Urlaub in Tirol (11) Long and short exposure comparison

English / German

Intro

My decision to explore only a small area of my vacation spot has really paid off. The small Zirmbach is slowly becoming a bigger and bigger stream that drives its water further and further down the valley. When post-processing the photos, it was primarily the color matching that made up the bulk of the work.

The 10-Stopper gray filter lets the color oscillate into the blue. With an increase in the color temperature by about 1000, the image will then have the same color as the briefly exposed one without a filter. I show both versions of each, also to make the effect of the long exposure clear. This can never be achieved with image editing programs.

Thank you. I try to get my photos in the field without lots of work afterwards at home, so I think seeing the motive in the nature is key. And if there is such a great landscape it is not to difficult :)

So big of a difference between the photos of the river, you create a very soft effect, and I'm sure this shooting time must have taken a little longer for this maximum result.

A simple but attractive choice for photography with the experiment, the both type of photo clearly understood to observe the actual difference with the exposure time. Have a nice day with your photography tour and vacation.
