What an awful neighbor you used to have. Trying to separate you from your pets already takes a special kind of trash but to learn that he did more vile acts against other people takes a new low.

I have never met anyone like him, and I can honestly say I hope I never meet someone like him again. He was truly a next-level asshole. It almost seems impossible to get any lower than him.
