On #DLease which used to be working 5 months ago, the APR already reflected the 5-day undelegation cooldown period !INDEED. 🤓

Perhaps those who want more APR from delegating Hive Power aside from #Ecency should delegate to the CENT project !INSTEAD. 😏

That's a useful feature, and I didn't know that about DLease. I'm sorry that it's gone, like so many other Hive projects.

A few years ago, I saw someone complain on #DLease that his Hive Power delegation to a lessee no longer earned HIVE after the plan expired where he should have withdrawn the delegation several months before he noticed, and that he missed the single notification memo from DLease that his leasing has expired !INDEED. 🤯🤓

That can happen on Hive Engine too, if you don't check periodically, while keeping track of when the leases expire. 😁🙏💚✨🤙

That also applies to Hive projects where dividends are provided (daily, weekly, or even monthly) to delegators of Hive Power or #HiveEngine staked tokens !INDEED when such projects stop their dividends (either with an official announcement or just abruptly without notice). 💸🤯🤓

Similar to what I said before (about 2 months ago), projects that always have at least two active maintainers would improve the confidence of its supporters !INDEED, especially for those people that plan to invest huge amounts of tokens there. 😎

Just 2 hours after my previous comment, Bjorn's #Strava app published a new Hive post. 🤔 It says that he was able to make a "warm" walk of 10.13 kilometers within 101 minutes, and burned 972 calories. 😅
