Team Building @ Tambuli

Team work plays an important role in every organisation. That's why it's really important to have a camaraderie between your superior and colleagues. As part of building camaraderie every organisation needs a team building. So last Saturday, our team building happens at Tambuli Beach resort. Since I'm one of the facilitators, I don't have pictures during the games and activities we did but these are the photos after all the exhausting activities.

We had fun chit-chatting under the tree at the beach front while waiting for our turn to ride in the banana boat. Since I don't like riding in the banana boat in the fear of falling in the water unexpectedly. Instead, I and Demple just jump in to the speed boat and took a video of them. In fairness, they didn't fell in the water no matter how hard the speed boat captain tried his best to sway the boat for them to fall in the water. It must be because the one upfront is really heavy ;)

We had so much fun yesterday for the whole fun day event. Laughing during the games and I'm pretty glad to see the team being united and showed sportsmanship after every announcement of the winners in each game.
