Weekend autumn sunny day on picnic

School,work,everyday activities and many other obligations make me so tired and I barely find some free time to enjoy. Finally on Saturday all members of my family were free and the day was really great, although it is autumn ,the temperature was high enough so we decided to spend the day in the nature. We decided to visit a forrest with beautiful fields, meadowas and nature so called Spomen park Jajinci.

We brought our tent with us, a blanket, food, water, ball and other equipment and enjoyed every second of the beautiful Saturday day. The youngest daughter was extremely happy enjoying in her freedom ,running,laughing and playing with the whole family.

The girls enjoyed exploring the woods,searching for mushrooms and autumn products.

Actually we were all happy just because we found some time,just for ourselves, to be together like a real family.

Although we had a great time in the meadows and in the nature while we were on a picnic, the surroundings of the park itself, where we were, hides a sad past and deserves reverence and respect. Right within the park, during second World War , many innocent people were shot and buried right there.This monument is at the memorial complex in Jajinci, Serbia commemorates the tens of thousands of victims who were executed here by German soldiers during WWII from 1941 to 1943.The abstract stainless steel form at the top of the pillar at the center of this memorial park here at Jajinci is intended to be a stylized representation of a white dove, itself a symbol of eternal peace and healing for all those thousands of victims who lost their lives at this site.

We stayed there till the evening. The sun looked beautiful so I had to take a picture of it.
