Gvozdacke stene during winter

Winter without snow is not a real winter. In my country we are accustomed to long and cold winters but the current one is not so cold and snowy. At least there is no snow in my city, Belgrade, I hope it will change next in weeks. Yesterday there was snowing but it was not real one, it melted immediatelly.. So my kids and I are waiting for the first big snow here. Their winter holiday at school will be finished soon and they didn't enjoy the snow as usually. In some areas in my country there is snow,especially on mountains.

A friend of mine visited a mountain near Bajina Basta town and she has sent me photos of the envirionment and an amazing winter nature. The pictures are stunning. There is enough snow to enjoy the real winter. She enjoys walkig in the nature so she told me how happy and healthy a fresh cold air made her while walking through the snow.

Gvozdacke stene is a name of the mountain they have visited, it is located in the west part of Serbia. It got its name from the village of the same name, Gvozdac, which is located on the southern slopes of the mountain, facing the Drina river and overlooking the Tara mountain.

When you are tired after long walking day, a cup of hot coffie or tea is the best remedy and enjoyment.This picture is really nice and the sweet candies are great after a tea or coffie.

It looks like the Santa Claus lives near the place. I am really astonished.

The blue sky and a white and clean snow are just relaxing bodies and souls. I am planning to go there with my family next weekend, I hope the snow will be still there. They announced snow in my city too but we will see.
