Owner's pride, neighbor's envy..
A sprawling garden expanding over few acres of land is ultimate dream of every gardener - it's like having a green canvas providing endless space for creativity and peace. Unless you inherit such a big property, it's literally impossible to create one in our life time. But I am fortunate to have a view of such a beautiful garden from my window, and recently we started noticing some significant change of this place.
They were bringing large plants and pots from other place and it feels like finally they have realized the potential of such a big garden in the heart of the city. They are converting this to a business opportunity by replanting these plants in big pots and supplying them to different office spaces, charging a premium price. Having such a big place gives them the advantage and there are barely any competitor in this segment. Of course they need a lot of manpower and investment, but this is a brilliant business opportunity where profits are more than 200% - there is no benchmark of price for such products. And I even heard that they got some govt contracts as well - you know how things work in these type of contracts - everyone is rich overnight.
