Could someone please tell me what this is? (it isn't lightning!)

I saw what appeared to be a lightning bolt stuck on the horizon last night just after putting the children to bed and have no idea what it could have been. It obviously wasn't lightning because it stayed in the sky for the remainder of the evening. The above photo was taken by a friend in our village who also witnessed it. She saw it 13mins before we did but didn't see the moment it arrived in the sky.

I say this because we have been debating, was it going up or down? The image is looking North from our location and as far as I know there were no rocket launches planned in Toulouse last night. There were no rocket launches in France! So, what could it be?

This is what it looked like when I saw it 13mins later.

IMG_5988.jpeg

It is evidently smoke of some kind, being illuminated by the setting sun, but from what?

And why is it zig zagging in the sky rather than going in a straight line?

Surely wind doesn't do this?

All I have for you is these two moments, 13mins apart.

At 22:03

20230626_220320 2.jpeg

And at 22:16

IMG_5991 2.jpeg

Our best guess is a flare on a parachute, drifting down with the wind.

image.png

But that doesn't feel right.

The idea that it might have a been a UFO in distress was also discussed. Wobbling from side to side as it went down. We checked online and no plane, satellite, meteorite or UFO crashes have been reported.

Have checked on Midjourney to see if the AI knows what it is (Midjourney can describe what it sees in images) and it tells me it is lightnight. Which it isn't.

A few years back I remember posting about a fleet of UFOs flying in unison over my head in the night sky, but thanks to the grounded folk on this platform I learned quickly enough it was just Elon's Starlink.

So I would really love to hear your thoughts on this!

Update

The official line just came in. Take it or leave it. Sounds like a cover story to me.

I love to see this kind of content on the #hive platform, I would go just like you with smoke being lit by the sun, it looks like what caused it was moving very slow probably in the upper atmosphere? indeed strange how it stay connected the trail as the wind makes it wobble as if a rubber band, maybe some sort of undercovered operation by the military? great sight!

Well, the official line says it was a hypersonic weapons test! But as I said to @builderofcastles there are a few things here which don't seem to add up.

Still, it was super fun to see the event itself and take guesses before the news came out :)

a rocket trail or a con trail way high up. As you said, illuminated by the sun.
The winds up there are not uniform, as you can see from the time lapse in your photos.

i have seen similar, and found out it was a rocket... but who was firing a rocket?

Good call. The news story has now come out and that is what they are saying. "White sky trails force France to reveal hypersonic weapon test". Have added the link above.

This seems odd though. They only tell people because it was seen by civilians in two countries? Don't they normally announce these kind of things before the event? And WTF are they doing testing hypersonic weapons above civilians??? Call me crazy but shouldn't they do these kind of tests out at sea?

Maybe it's a tear in the fabric of the space time continuum, a breakdown of the energetic grid enclosure, atlas shrugged again when holding up the sky, or some kind of demiurge fingernail drawing. Those are my best guesses.

Seriously though, pretty freaky thing to see. Interesting how it spreads out a bit during the 13 minutes between shots. No idea what it is. Never seen anything close to that. I'm really curious what it is.

The media have now put an end to the guessing by telling us it was a scheduled hypersonic weapons test by the French gov. Previously this type of weapon was unknown to the world! And their story seems odd to me. Like why are they testing such weapons above our heads, rather than out at sea?

I much prefer your answers!

😂 I couldn't help myself.

Bizarre thing though. I expect and suspect they do a lot over our heads, things we know nothing about.

I'll have to read up on this weapon. Can't get over the images you shot. Looks like the sky was ripped as if it were a fabric.

I was thinking rocket before you updated that clipping. I've worked a handful of test sites, thats about exactly what the sky looks like after they launch one.

I must admit, rocket launch was the last thing I imagined. Just because there are no official launch sites North of our location. But there is a military base in Carcassonne, which would fit their story. Just seems super odd they only tell people about this new weapon because loads of us posted pics in the last few days. And why are they testing new weapons above civilians when they have oceans either side of the country?

Amazing you've had experience at such sites. Must be a crazy kind of place.

You said north of you. Are you in Spain or South France? My wife and I spent a month in Paris last year. I have only good things to say.

I've tallied a couple like that if you're bored and have nothing else to do.

Nice crossing paths with you. I like your writing and I'm pretty weird about esthetics. Pass. = }

Considering they called it hypersonic, I'm not surprised they kept it hush from the public.

Hey there! Great to connect with you.

Yes, we are in the south of france. Not too far from Perpignan. I like Paris a lot but prefer it out here in the sticks where there are no sirens. Not sure what the future holds for this country but certainly I feel like we are safer out here growing our own food and learning to live off the land.

Appreciate you telling me you like my writing. I try to keep it fresh and cover topics which excite me enough to get the energy across effectively. Have been on a crazy ride for the last six months, discovering new things daily and conducting a lot of experiments to confirm my findings.

As for the hypersonic weapon, I'm still not convinced that's what it was.

But that's just me. Highly skeptical of that which the MSM presents us as truth.

All the best to you and do please drop in if you ever make it to the south of france!

You're killing it!

That's very kind of you to say so. I was rather lucky with this one because my neighbour and I both happened to see the same thing at slightly different times. Which gave me enough to write this post!

Had pain last night however and couldn't sleep. And I am starting to wonder now if I am perhaps not fully recovered yet. Just not such what I have to do to get that that point...

A hypersonic weapon no less. According to the news article which came out yesterday these kind of missiles "can reach unprecedented speeds of 6,000 to 7,000 kilometres per hour" making them kinda hard to shoot down. Crazy stuff. If indeed this story is the real deal. More likely it is a cover story for something much more interesting ;)

Hey mummy, why do we need hypersonic weapons in a world which claims to seek peace? And won't all the other countries of the world also start to develop this kind of weapon now that France has been forced to acknowledge what they are doing in the sky above civilians' heads?

Shush little girl. Here's an iphone to look at.

It's still pretty fascinating even knowing what they say it was! Though the story just doesn't feel right to me (why are they testing new weapons above our heads and not out at sea?) so I suspect it was something else.

Amazing. YOU SAW THIS. Your neighbor snagged a photo.
What did you really see?
Will we ever find out? We are at the mercy of the media to tell us whatever the government tells them to tell us.
Lately, countless UFO stories have been in the news (now there's a new acronym -- UAP, unidentified aerial phenomena). Military personnel report "impossible" feats that defy gravity and all known laws of physics. I figure it's China, Russia, some earthly science gang, not ETs, testing these things. (Coincidentally the movie Oppenheimer just came out; haven't seen it; wondering now how much it focuses on the concept of an elite team of scientists working in secrecy to unleash new and incredible machines of war.)

During World War II, Lt. Gen. Leslie Groves Jr. appoints physicist J. Robert Oppenheimer to work on the top-secret Manhattan Project. Oppenheimer and a team of scientists spend years developing and designing the atomic bomb. Their work comes to fruition on July 16, 1945, as they witness the world's first nuclear explosion, forever changing the course of history.

Oppenheimer Tells the True Story of the Invention of the Atomic Bomb

With the release of director Christopher Nolan’s latest epic, Oppenheimer, audiences are wondering how much truth there is to the story portrayed in the movie.

It's a good article - by Amy Mackelden for Harper's Bazaar.

Oppenheimer became depressed at Cambridge, writing in a letter to a friend, “I am having a pretty bad time. The lab work is a terrible bore, and I am so bad at it that it is impossible to feel that I am learning anything ... The lectures are vile.”
He
.... uttered the now-famous phrase “I am become Death, the shatterer of worlds” while witnessing the first test—a quote from Hindu scripture the Bhagavad Gita, which “he cited as having shaped his philosophy of life,” according to the Berkeley Historical Plaque Project.

Sorry for so many side trips from the original post.
You raise a lot of issues that are hard for us to learn more about - due to #secrecy -
Conspiracy Theories
Literary tropes about corruption, starting with small-town cops and trusted authorities (ministers, teachers, doctors, LE), all the way up to the FBI being bought, but it's bigger than the FBI, and we learn the world is really being run by the Rothschilds and Vanderbilts and whoever, and Project Lockstep and New World Order are in progress...
I'd leave the city for a homestead near the village, too, and just focus on feeding my family and staying alive ... and seeing what craziness will unfold in the days to come.

Billions of people living their own lives, while a tiny number of the elite control us...?
Awake from your slumber .... and take up arms against a sea of troubles, and by opposing, end them?

I need to go out, barefoot, wands in hand, and greet the morning sun,
and watch the bees buzzing in the native blossoms, busily packing their saddle bags with pollen.
And just be
Not thinking
just be...

Eh. If it ever works, I'll blog about it.

Yes, nature is the answer. We bear a heavy burden with our understanding of the world. A burden most people won't even look at because it feels too intense. But we who are brave enough to tread where others dare to go must balance out our energy with nature. Little extras like the wands no doubt help too. Have found a way to strap mine to my arms while I sleep now. Holding them all night long wasn't working.

Hey, while I am thinking about it I wanted to let you know that I found another frequency based healing device last night. The Miramate mini magic portable PEMF device. I like this one because the price is right, the testimonials seem authentic and it looks perfect for Parkinsons disease. A condition my step-father has.

https://www.miramate.com/product/mini-magic/

I will encourage him to buy one right away and will also buy one myself I think! If I ever get intense pain again this will correct the balance within hours.

"Awake from your slumber .... and take up arms against a sea of troubles, and by opposing, end them?"

These words cary so much weight for me you have no idea. Was a member of an exclusive (13 people only) Shakespeare society for many years in my youth. We would read the plays together and break them down in discussion groups. For fun! haha. How times have changed ;)

Sam, I'm just now catching up on all your replies to all my comments.
I'll follow up on these soon.
My dad died July 26, and I've been scatterbrained (well, more so than usual! More #derailed than usual!).
But I'll get back into the swing of things....
I've found my hands get cramped and stiff from holding the wands - and I swear I don't grip them.
Strapping to the arms, not the hands - that sounds like a plan! Did you buy or make the straps?
I often wake up with the wands still in hand - but oh the stiffness.

PEMF .... so much to learn!
Hope you are totally on the mend soon!!!

p.s. I need to blog about this: the hour my father was cremated, a big electrical storm hit the town. The sky was flashing for HOURS -- standing on the family farm, my sister and I watched the cloud-to-cloud flashes for what seemed like forever. "It's Dad," she said. He swore he was electrically dangerous after being struck by lightning in the milk barn (it lifted him off his feet but he was unharmed). He killed watches, he said, within hours of wearing them. SO... to be cremated... why wouldn't his incredible life energy fill the sky? The storm traveled 90 miles or more, and my husband says YES, yes, we can see a storm a hundred miles away. The clouds are that big, and that high.
So I like to believe that Dad was thundering in the sky that night, for hours. The storm made it to my own home, where it knocked a dead tree into the pond (my husband did all the damage control without me), and branches busted all over.
Oh Dad!
Mom feels super guilty for having cremated him (she herself has made it firmly known she is NEVER to burn). We keep telling her it was the logical thing to do (long story). She had 72 hours to decide: embalm and plan a funeral, or cremate.
Long stories... so many... will I ever take time to condense the details, write this up?
The sky!
My father's sky! The POWER, the flashes of light, the roar of thunder!
How could it be just coincidental, in a year of no rain for weeks on end?

WOW! So much perfection it's hard to hold the tears back.

Thank you for sharing this powerful private moment with me.

Your father is at one with the elements now.

And, if your experience is anything like mine, this will not be the only time he lets his 'voice' be heard.

You have my deepest sympathies. The death of our paternal figure is always a test no matter what age we are when it happens. (I was 25 when mine died). At this point I would usually assure the bereaved person that death is just a door between one place and another and how the word itself refers only to the death of the body, but looking briefly at your next message it seems very much like I don't need to tell you that :)

For the wands I totally agree. It simply isn't comfortable to grip them all night and I have given up on this. Am using strips of light material for the arm straps, tied around the end of each wand and arm. I tried hair-bands but this makes it too tight! It's not working 100% great yet with the material straps but I will send you a photo when I get it just right. It's about time I wrote an update post on this subject to be honest! Morning sungazing always seems like the best time of day to hold them. The most powerful time. A time of day when I have sensed my father with me many times and it would not be unusual for me to have a little cry in these moments. Not out of sadness but joy. Joy for the pure connectivity I have been able to retain with him.

Thank you for the condolences, and I'm sorry you were only 25 when your dad departed this world.
I do the morning sungazing/meditating/hoping-praying too with the wands!
Love this:

I have not sensed my dad or my sisters being with me in spirit, but I never stop hoping.
I can imagine they are with me, but never "know" or even believe.
Belief ever eludes me.

I'm so glad you feel the conviction - the certainty!

And yes please let me know what works with nightly wand wearing. I've considered a pair of socks, toes cut out, if I could find any long enough and tight enough (small-boned, wrists smaller than a kindergartner's).
Our fathers!
May they be with us, with or without morning sun and wands in hand!

Right, I am back with you again. Ever since I started looking at frequency devices for healing I have been swept up in a wave of research and writing which has fully occupied all the time I am not at the garden. Am currently on the last of six devices, one of which was the terahertz wands. Not too much interest from the community it would seem but a few people have had experience with various different devices.

For a seamless connection with people who have passed I find it helpful to remind myself that life is a cycle, so they could come back as anything. A bird, an insect, a plant. Anything with a soul. So while I am sungazing I hold this in mind and watch what happens. And what happens is that very often a bird (or other flying being) will suddenly shoot right past my nose or 'give me a kiss' in a way that tells me this is no ordinary moment and I am standing in the presence of a soul who is excited to see me. And sometimes, just sometimes I can feel that soul to be dad. He did not live anything close to an enlightened life so has likely chosen to be animals & insects for at least a few cycles, to get back to the roots of who we really are.

There is a great short story by Andy Weir called The Egg which you will enjoy if you've not read it. It implies that every human soul we encounter is actually just us in another body.

There is a book too which gives us absolute proof there is life after death. "Proof of Heaven" by Dr Eben Alexander. Highly recommend the read, with an unexpected twist which offers the definitive proof. I won't spoil it for you!

I think it was Bill Hicks who said "We are one consciousness experiencing itself individually", which seems to sum it up rather well. But while I do love this idea I suspect it is actually more complex than this.

My wands are kind of on the side at the moment. I hold them (normally) during my siesta. If I am lucky enough to get one ;) So hot during the day at the moment (37°C) I don't like the material around my arms. Just need to get motivated and complete the night time holder, though even at night it's pretty hot! Don't know how @sebcam doesn't get hand cramps but yes, like you I can only hold them for a period of time, perhaps 30mins, before my hands get tired. We probably need to build up our hand muscles more!

I just looked and it turns out there are lots of funny looking ways we can do that ;)

There is a lot of emphasis in the film on how Openheimer was motivated to create the bomb exclusively because of being at war with Germany. So while the idea of secret groups developing weapons is unquestionably explored it is justified by the extreme circumstances.

Personally I didn't believe much of it. Propaganda comes in many forms. Films being a major one. I am in the camp that weapons of mass destruction don't even exist. At least not in the public realm. Much more effective at controlling the people is the fear of such weapons. And this fear is still being used today with great effect.

I wrote a post about this subject last year in fact: https://peakd.com/hive-122315/@samstonehill/the-nuclear-scam-exposed

Wow!!!
You have so many many blog posts I need to catch up on.
This - must get my EE husband (electrical engineer, god of electromagnetic radio waves or frequencies or something like that) to read this!

Laser light with which we cut 30mm thick steel in our factory is of a frequency that is totally harmless to our eyes or body… but what makes it able to cut steel and also cut through fingers is the FOCUS and the very high AMOUNT of energy (so at high focus and high energy AMOUNTS; any form of radiation (of any frequency level) can be harmful and most important parameter that determines the damage it can do is the ENERGY amount reaching a subject(in other words total amount of energy transferred to a subject; and if the subject cannot dissipate this energy at same rate as it receives the energy; the subject will get damaged).

Now I wonder about your EE friend...
Does he blog, does he publish?

Interesting stuff right.

Unfortunately this man does not blog. I know him because he owns a solar company in Indonesia and I ended up making some films for him back when we lived in Bali. He seems like a busy guy to me but I could probably have him answer questions if your husband has any.

We are both members of a small telegram group where we try to hold advanced conversations to help each of us further our knowledge in different directions.
