Walk along border - Wednesday Walk

Hello everyone.
This week I visited lovely place on river Korana. Super place for #WednesdayWalk. River Korana is natural border between Bosnia and Herzegovina and Croatia in this area.
This place is known local swimming and gathering area. With relatives we decide to spend some time here and I walk around and enjoyed river Korana and its reflections.

Some information about river Korana. It starts in Croatia and has length of 134 kilometers. River Korana makes natural border between Bosnia and Herzegovina and Croatia for 24 kilometers. Here on the other side of river is Croatia.
That small island like place with trees or peninsula if you like is still on Bosnian side of border and it is nice picnic area. I started my exploration walk there.

And I am on the small island. That is Croatia right there.

Same here that part of land in front of you is Croatia. In the past much more people used to gather here to swim. And as I heard border was just name. Many would swim to other shore and come back.
These days there are places to swim on the river but the water quality is not best for swiming.

I continue my exploration around the island.

On this specific place you can get near the water.

Small rock dam. It looks lovely.

You can see small fish. There is a lot of small river fish here.

Same trees but different countries. And one river.

This place is so relaxing and calm. Super place for camping.

Ducks showed up. They were up stream and they just slid over that small cascade and continued on their way.

On this small island there is picnic area. Small playground. I remember from my previous visit that you can see tent here. There is no much built stuff around but quite enough to enjoy your stay.
