In the PhotoFeed Contest - Street Photography Round 128 organized by @photofeed, I tried to share about the atmosphere of Beureunun market in the morning. Beureunun market in the morning as seen in the photo I shared, shows the busy atmosphere and dynamics typical of a traditional market. The ceiling covered with a blue tarpaulin protects the vendors and buyers from the hot morning sun. The narrow paths between the stalls are filled with local residents busy shopping for daily necessities. The aroma of spices, fresh vegetables and other agricultural products fills the air creating a unique atmosphere that cannot be replaced by modern markets.

Vendors enthusiastically offer their wares, ranging from shallots and chilies to rice and processed foods. Bargaining can be heard everywhere, adding to the lively atmosphere. Some visitors carry plastic shopping bags or baskets, walking slowly while selecting their needed items. Others ride motorcycles into the market aisles, adding to the busy atmosphere, yet they are part of the daily routine.

Amidst the crowds, a sense of camaraderie is evident among the residents, who greet one another and engage in warm conversation. Beureunun Market is not only a place for buying and selling but also a social space that strengthens relationships among residents. These morning activities reflect the vibrant and energetic pulse of the local community as they go about their daily lives.
