Horizon Resort Attabad Lake Hunza

Hello guys, I am here in this community with another beautiful travel blog. As you saw in the title, I will share with you the beautiful view of Attabad Lake. Attabad Lake is a very famous and beautiful lake in Hunza and I had heard a lot about it. The day I woke up in the morning to go there, I was so happy. Before having breakfast, we decided that we should be there by 9 am because after that we had to visit some other locations. It was late for breakfast and we reached Attabad Lake after about 10 am.

When I saw the blue water of the lake and the high mountains around it from a distance, I was lost in the beauty of the place. There were quite big and beautiful restaurants along the lake. We first went to the terrace of a big restaurant and took some pictures because the view of the lake from here was very good. Everyone was busy making videos and pictures. In the picture below, you can see that the four of us friends took a picture together and you can see the beautiful view of the lake behind us. I was wearing thick clothes because our last location was the China border and the temperature there was low, that's why I put on thick clothes in the morning so that I wouldn't have to change clothes again and again.

This is me.🥰

This is my friend Mehar who was giving a nice pose and Hamza was taking his picture. He is from Sialkot and he became my friend during the tour. In the picture below you can see how small the size of the boat looks from here and how blue the water is. The view was very beautiful and the weather was a bit hot but a little bit of heat is acceptable for this beauty.

Awais was waiting for us so we could go down and do some boating. I randomly took a picture of Awais because he was sitting with a nice pose. When I showed him, he said, "You took a nice picture of me because I wasn't posing." Below you can see a picture of me that Hamza took from Kazim's iPhone. The iron where I was sitting was hot but I had to sit on it for a while to take a picture.😄

Ali Bhai was taking a picture with his friend, eye to eye, maybe he thought it was a good pose and I also tried my best to take a good picture. Everyone here was busy taking pictures because in such beautiful places everyone makes their memories so that they can always remember these beautiful moments and feel happy looking at these pictures.

Now we had come down and were near the lake and you can see in the picture below that a straight path had been made in the lake and boats were tied around it. There were tires under the wooden planks so that people easily could walk on it. There was a lot of rush here. People had come from far and wide to see this beautiful Attabad Lake.

My other friends were deciding which boat we should sit on and I sat in a nearby boat and asked Hamza to take a good picture of me. This boat also had a sound system and there was a roof on top of this boat and there were seats inside but this boat was quite expensive for a ride.

I was watching other people who were riding boats. There were motor boats for one person but they were quite expensive. Four thousand rupees for just five minutes of boating which is very expensive. My friends were looking for a big boat which had a low ticket and we could all take a ride on it. I was standing on the bank of the lake watching the boats passing by. The splashing water and the sound of the water was very enjoyable.

I saw a dog there that looked like a wolf and was quite cute. You can see in the picture that the dog was completely wet. When I went forward to take a picture, my friends started shouting at me from behind to hurry up and get in the boat. You can see in the picture below that we finally got into the boat and before we got in, we were given some safety jackets and we were about seven people in the boat.

The boat was going very fast and we were not able to take pictures because our mobiles might fall in the water. We felt the cool breeze and the beauty of this blue water. The water was splashing quite high on the back side of the boat and I dipped my hands in the water. The ride lasted for about five minutes and we enjoyed it a lot.

When our ride was over, before getting off, I asked Kazim to take a good photo of me and I sat right in front of the boat. I am glad that he took a beautiful photo of me. After taking the ride, we spent some more time there and enjoyed the beauty and then left from here. I hope you did enjoy the beautiful view of Attabad Lake and my experience at this place. Don't forget to leave your comments in my comment section. I will be waiting for your feedback.

Hello! Thank you very much for posting in the Worldmappin Community 😃.

We noticed that you included more than one PIN code in the post. This is not necessary and can lead to double pinning. If you are writing about a trip with different points of interest, it is advisable to indicate only one PIN of the most important place or central location.

Double pinning can lead to problems for our curation, so if you keep doing it we can not guarantee you to be considered for our daily Travel Digest.

We recommend that you obtain the code either from https://worldmappin.com/, or by selecting the location directly on the small map at the bottom of the text editor in the PeakD interface.

If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact our team on our Discord channel.

Cheers!

I am not able to understand what you are saying because I have included only one link of worldmap in my post. The other link is of travelfeed as you can see in the image below. If there is still any problem then please let me know۔ I will try to fix my mistake.

You should only copy in one. Either worldmappin or travelfeed, as both lead to the same map and it can cause problems.

Well, I understand but sometimes when only a link to a travelfeed is added, a link to a worldmapin is automatically added.

The comment comes automatically because travelfeed is leading to worldmappin. If you want to avoid that, only use the worldmappin pin. :)
