Hope you are doing well and having
a fantastic blessed time π·
I missed you all and I know some
reached out wondering if I been
ok and if Im still here π«£
I am still here... I am ok!
But I been unmotivated, exhausted,
felt Insufficient and hard to really
get things done...
And it is not me so being like that
made me angry at myself π
Bad circle β
But I realized that I am only one
person and I need to learn to
say NO when I feel tired.
To not feel guilty for not helping or
doing things for others when I
feel like I need to recharge
myself.. I am learning!
And to feel free and not selfish when
I do things for myself.
I think I drained myself to much and
my health took a hit this year
because of it... Dammit π
But I am all better now and I am
feeling more like myself again.
So Thank you all for your love and
Hugs that has carried me
through the worst β€οΈ
It meant more than you know π₯°
And NOW...
My happy place π
Healing body and soul!
It is still to cold here but this was a
sunny day and barley any wind so
I sat there for a while and just
enjoying the view π₯°
Theraphy for the mind and heart and
this enviroment is the one place I
feel completley at peace at π
I know many share this feeling and
being outdoors and see all the
beautiful things nature has
to offer is a gift π₯°

No the lack of motivation was the hardest, but I also realized that I didn't give myself enogh ME time, doing the things that I needed to feel good...
Helping others and doing it all it drains you after a while and you need time to recharge.
When I took that time it changed back to more smiles and motivation π and here I am.

I think life just hit me hard with all kinds of things at once and I tried do it all but I should have realized it would crush me π lol
But now I found a little break time and only do things that I feel I can and say no when I cant.

I'm glad you are finally feeling more like yourself! It's miserable to have health problems rob your vitality, I've been there and still am to an extent. The beach is definitely a happy place, to hear the sound of the waves crashing on the sand.
