They say it goes away without a trace in children and there shouldn't be any problems in the future, but the mother is worried.
Have you planned to return to Thailand in the next few months?

My longitudinal shin fracture was fine. I had some slight nagging pain after the bone healed, but then the problem left and never returned.

I am going to Georgia in March to stay there for a while - several months, a year, longer?... and then I will know. In general, I don't plan to return to Thailand for a long while - 2-3 years or so. If I have enough money, I can return to India to spend the winter here and return to Georgia - in a village in South Goa (away from hotels) + Karnataka.

People break down more often in childhood and old age 😂
The locations you listed are wonderful - the Georgian cuisine is amazing, the Goan vibe is special / although I haven't been to these places, I've watched a lot of videos on YouTube, it will be interesting to watch and read your reports from there. 👍🙏
