Coastal hangouts: Secrets of abandoned places!
Hello everyone!
I noticed this abandoned bar 2 weeks ago, but I saw a lot of people through the cracks in the fence and didn’t dare to enter. The area is located on the first line of the Gulf of Thailand and is fenced off from tourists by metal sheets and you can only enter from behind. There is a narrow passage.
I went in and asked the homeless people for permission to take pictures - they didn’t mind. The bar sign was in Thai and Chinese (I might be wrong), but I couldn’t translate it. There was no information on Google Maps either.
Inside, the standard picture of desolation: empty bottles of cheap alcohol, packs of energy drinks that are very popular in Thailand, which, they say, the locals add to alcohol.
In the corner, whole double-glazed windows were piled up - it seems that no one needs glass here.
The floor was rotten in places, the bamboo trim was falling off.
On the floor, I noticed a cover with the inscription “Sex On The Beach” - maybe that was the name of the establishment?
Behind the building, I came across two aquariums, one of which was intact. One of the photos shows homeless people's clothes drying on the lines.
At that time, three women and two men lived in the bar. One of the women spoke English, and I explained with difficulty that I was looking for other abandoned places. She happily agreed to show me one because her friends lived there, whom she had not visited for a long time. The two of us got on a motorbike and set off.
After a while, I saw a faded sign "Siambylla" and realized - you can definitely dig up something interesting here!
I found old photos of the restaurant: it was once a successful place where happy tourists relaxed, and the rating on services was high.
Photos of the working restaurant were taken from the Internet.
The last photo I managed to find was dated November 2022. Just a little over two years - and now this place does not look like just an abandoned cafe.
More like a den, maybe even a drug den.
Suddenly, the piles of trash began to rustle. These were huge rats that had made entire tunnels in the trash. I wanted to run away from the stench and the general atmosphere.
It wasn't exactly what I was looking for... but I think this kind of content might be interesting to someone.

Great post my bro! Its very curious that a lot of people think that all those homeless are dangerous, when you meet them you realize that some have good manners and are very friendly. Nice work bro, keep it up! 💪
Well, to be honest, at the last location something strange started to happen, strange people started to come in there - well enough dressed to understand that they were not homeless - in fact, I was not afraid of rats, I suddenly realized that even my wife did not know where I was going. As soon as I went there, I immediately realized that I had to run away!

Oh my god... it seems like in that moment you were so afraid and had the feeling of runnig away immediately, that's the reason why I always carry something to defend myself when doing urbex, better safe than sorry!
What is urbex? - I don't quite understand.
Urbex is the abreviation of URBan EXploration, it's a word often used on western europe and America, it seems like you are from Russia, I always wanted to visit that country
Come, no problem - believe me, Russia is much safer than many countries in Europe and if someone tells you otherwise, don't believe it!
