Beauty beyond color πŸ–€πŸ€

I didn’t understand the essence of black and white photography for a long time until I started shooting myself. Today, while editing photos for a sushi bar review 🍣, I realized that my eyes were tired of the abundance of colors 🎨. At some point, I simply stopped understanding which way to move in editing 🀯. Color noise and an excess of colors literally overloaded my perception, and, closing my laptop πŸ’», I decided to get some sleep 😴.

When I woke up, I wanted something different β€” calmer and more laconic 🎭. I returned to black and white photos and put together a small selection πŸ–€πŸ€. These photos were taken at different times and in different places, but all of them are no older than two months. I really liked some of the shots, while others, on the contrary, raised doubts πŸ€”. But I decided to post them all!

Why? Because taste is subjective 🎭. If I think a photo is bad, it doesn't mean it won't find its audience. As a friend of mine once said: "If we had the same tastes, we would all be married to the same girl" πŸ’πŸ˜‚.

I'm sharing this series of photos with you! Maybe someone will see something in them that I didn't notice πŸ˜‰.

Thank you for sharing these moments with me! Until new stories and new holidays!
All photos were taken by me personally - I am a beginner photographer, so I ask professionals not to judge strictly.

I think the black and white gives you this retro look, especially when you're shooting iconic subjects. Like humans or objects. These ones are beautiful

I used to take photos in black and white using my Sony camera. I find it lovely, and it has more depth than the colored ones. It's like going back to the black-and-white era.
