Summer Flowers in Türkiye 🌸
Recently I had a visit to Türkiye during the summer season. Everywhere was full of beautiful flowers with many different colours. The weather was warm, and it was a perfect time to enjoy nature.
I really enjoyed walking around and taking photos of these beautiful flowers. Every street, park, and garden looked colourful and full of life. I would like to share some of my favourites with you.
🌿 Purple Shamrock
A beautiful purple plant with eye-catching triangular leaves that stands out wherever it grows.
🎈 Balloon Flower
This lovely flower gets its name because its buds look like little balloons before they open.
💙 Bigleaf Hydrangea
Large clusters of colourful blooms make this one of the most beautiful garden flowers.
🌺 Zonal Geranium
Bright and cheerful flowers that bloom throughout the summer and add colour everywhere.
🌸 Hardy Fuchsia
Elegant hanging flowers with vibrant pink and purple colours that attract plenty of attention.
💜 Purple Heart
A stunning plant with deep purple leaves that creates a beautiful contrast in gardens.
🌿 Ivy-leaf Geranium
Known for its trailing stems and colourful flowers, perfect for balconies and hanging baskets.
🔔 Campanula isophylla
Also called the Star of Bethlehem, this charming plant produces delicate bell-shaped flowers.
🌼 Gladioli
Gladioli are one of the most elegant summer flowers. Their tall stems are covered with colourful blooms, creating a striking display in gardens. They come in many vibrant shades and are often seen as a symbol of strength, sincerity, and remembrance. I was happy to spot these beautiful flowers during my visit to Türkiye.
