1 mile ⬆️ My Actifit Report Card: March 15 2026

So the town hill road is one mile long and at a 7% grade.

I did a non stop ride up to the top with little guy and I am feeling it now.

The bicycle is a very heavy beach cruiser and the boy never stops growing.

I actually had severe cramping after a short nap.

I started the day with two walks through the Sunday swap meet.

I worked in the backyard with gardening and weight moving.

My recent step increase feels good.
